At Karina's Central Auckland Pilates studio,
Pilates classes sizes are small. With a maximum of 3 per class, to ensure individual attention is maintained.
With Pilates classes the mind becomes more
in-tune with the body, working in balance together to relieve tension through body awareness, cardio and breathing exercises.

Karina also offers Pilates classes for youth & sport and those who require extra strengthening or corrective work done for areas of their body to enhance their training.
Karina has been teaching Classical Pilates and Reformer classes for over 15 years.
She is also a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Wellness Coach, with a background in nutrition, specializing in toning, physical rehabilitation and improved well-being..
With over 30 years experience in the fitness field, ranging from sports training as a National gymnast, dancer, choreographer and athlete, Karina works closely with all her clients to understand all their individual requirements through Pilates and Personal Training.
Together with you, she can tailor Pilates classes or one-on-one Pilates sessions at her Central Auckland Pilates studio in Hillsborough or come to you, to offer maximum results and improvements in strength, toning, fitness, flexibility, stamina and relaxation.
